Enjoy these easy-to-make Oatmeal Chocolate Chip energy bars, made with just 6 simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
2 Ripe Bananas
2 cups of oats
2/3 cup of Liquid-y Peanut Butter (Can be powdered mix with extra water, or any peanut butter heated up)
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 scoops of Smash Melon
Directions:
Step 1: Liquids
- In a large mixing bowl, mash ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the peanut butter and stir together into a paste.
- Add your vanilla extract into the paste and mix well.
Step 2: Solids
- Pour in the oats slowly while mixing the paste onto the oats. Ensure all of the oats are exposed to and covered with the liquid mix.
- Pour in your mini chocolate chips, again mixing for even distribution.
Step 3: Bake
- Pour the batter into an 6x4 baking sheet, spreading it evenly across the dish and into the corners.
- Bake in the oven at 350 for 30 mins
- Remove from the oven and let sit for 5-10 mins (if you can resist)
Step 4: Enjoy!
Cut the dish 1 time horizontally and 3 times vertically to make eight bars.
Storage Options:
Store the bars in an airtight container. They will last in the refrigerator for up to a week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
